Cyber Monday Sale Terms & Conditions

  1. Exclusive Member Access
    This sale is exclusively available to Perfumes Los Angeles members. Non-members must sign up via our website or in-store to access sale prices. Membership sign-up is free and can be completed before checkout to qualify for sale discounts.
  2. Sale Duration
    The Sale will be available all day on Monday, December 2nd, 2024. Only online purchases will be eligible for this sale price. No extensions will be provided beyond this date.
  3. Unprecedented Low Prices
    Products in the Cyber Monday Sale will be offered at our lowest-ever prices on select items. Discounts are automatically applied to the 80 top-selling products, reflecting exclusive Cyber Monday pricing for members only. Other promotions or coupons cannot be combined with Cyber Monday sale prices.
  4. Top 80 Products Only
    This sale applies to our top 80 best-selling products, carefully selected based on popularity and customer demand. Product availability is limited, and items may sell out quickly. Once an item is out of stock, it will not be restocked at sale prices during the event.
  5. No Minimum Purchase Requirement
    There is no minimum purchase requirement to access Cyber Monday sale prices, allowing all members to enjoy exclusive savings throughout the event. 
  6. Automatic Discount Application
    Cyber Monday discounts are automatically applied to the eligible items in the sale. No discount code is necessary, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all members.
  7. Final Sale on Black Friday Items
    All Cyber Monday Sale purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on sale items, except in cases where a product is deemed defective. Any defective items must be reported within 7 days for both in-store transactions and online purchases.
  8. Communication & Updates
    Email, social media, WhatsApp, and SMS will communicate sales details and updates. Inventory updates and adjustments may occur as the sale progresses, so we encourage customers to check these channels regularly to stay informed. Updates will be shared promptly through these channels if any terms are modified or clarified.
  9. Promotional Code for Future Purchases
    Upon confirmation of a Cyber Monday purchase, customers will receive a single-use promotional code worth USD 20 via email. This code will be delivered within a few days of the purchase confirmation and is valid from December 3rd, 2024, until December 31st, 2024. This code is valid only for one online transaction, cannot be combined with other codes, and will not be accepted for in-store purchases.
