Returns/Claims Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
3. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@perfumes.la

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We expect a Damage Claim within 24 hours upon receiving your package.

An item can be exchanged by following below steps:

1. Notify us immediately by sending an email to support@perfumes.la with following information:

a. A clear photo showing the unopened, damaged parcel in its original courier packaging or should the damage be seen after opening the courier package, send us a photo of the unopened, sealed bottle or fragrance box.
b. Inform us of the date and time of the shipment’s arrival.
c. Mail the item to: Attn Exchange Department: Perfumes Los Angeles.com: 1115 S Maple Ave, Los Angeles, CA, 90015, United States.

2. Upon receiving this information from you, we will advise the courier service and a damage claim will be filed.

3. Once we received the damaged item, we will process the refund.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Attn Returns Department. Perfumes Los Angeles.com 1115 S Maple Ave, Los Angeles, CA, 90015, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Order cancellations are welcome, but you can only do so while the product is not shipped yet. Follow the steps below how:

• Check order status. If you see a "cancel" button beside your order, click on it and wait for further instructions that will pop-up. If none, please feel free to call or email us detailing why you wish to cancel your order. Please have your order number ready for verification*.

*Verification needs to be done to see if your item is already posted for shipping or not yet.

Cancellations are easier done when products are not yet shipped, refunds for that matter can be easily billed back to you everything from tag price to shipping and gift-wrapping costs intact. However, should the item be already sent for delivery and you wish to terminate the transaction, we cannot do anything but wait until the item arrives at your doorstep.
