Do you have a physical store location?
Yes, we do have a physical store! You can visit us at 1115 Maple Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90015. We'd love to see you and help you discover your perfect scent in person!

Will I have to pay taxes on my order?
Perfumes Los Angeles collects sales tax in every state based on the US Supreme Court ruling. Customers without a tax certificate on file will be charged sales tax based on the ship-to address of the order.

We’re unable to make changes once an order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We’re here to help!

We are unable to change existing orders, but if you place a new order within 24 hours, we will prorate your shipping cost.

Why was my order canceled?
If your order was not processed or was canceled, it may be due to several reasons, such as an item in your cart being out of stock, the shipping address not matching the billing address, the payment not being verified, incomplete or incorrect contact information, or our system flagging the order for security or fraud prevention. In such cases, we may reach out to confirm and verify the information.
