Black Friday Sale Terms & Conditions

1. Exclusive Member Access

This sale is exclusively available to Perfumes Los Angeles members. Non-members must sign up via our website or in-store to access sale prices. Membership sign-up is free and can be completed before checkout to qualify for sale discounts.

2. Sale Duration

The Black Friday Sale will be available from Friday, November 29th through Cyber Monday, December 1st. In-store sales are available Friday through Sunday, and online purchases will extend through Monday until midnight (PST). No extensions will be provided beyond these dates.

3. Unprecedented Low Prices

Products in the Black Friday Sale will be offered at our lowest-ever prices on select items. Discounts are automatically applied to the 80 top-selling products, reflecting exclusive Black Friday pricing for members only. Other promotions or coupons cannot be combined with Black Friday sale prices.

4. Top 80 Products Only

This sale applies to our top 80 best-selling products, carefully selected based on popularity and customer demand. Product availability is limited, and items may sell out quickly. Once an item is out of stock, it will not be restocked at sale prices during the event.

5. No Minimum Purchase Requirement

There is no minimum purchase requirement to access sale prices, allowing all members to enjoy exclusive savings throughout the event. However, if the customer wishes to buy from the Wholesale Website, there is a minimum purchase requirement of 5 products.

6. Automatic Discount Application

Black Friday discounts are automatically applied to the eligible items in the sale. No discount code is necessary, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all members.

7. Final Sale on Black Friday Items

All Black Friday Sale purchases are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted on sale items, except in cases where a product is deemed defective. Any defective items must be reported within 7 days for both in-store transactions and online purchases.

8. Communication & Updates

Sale details and updates will be communicated via email, social media, WhatsApp, and SMS. Inventory updates and adjustments may occur as the sale progresses, so we encourage customers to check these channels regularly to stay informed. Updates will be shared promptly through these channels if any terms are modified or clarified.
